Job Brief:
Our client in the perfumes and manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processes, maintain accurate inventory records, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Lead and train warehouse staff to improve productivity and efficiency.
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with other departments to align warehouse operations with company objectives.

Job Requirements:

10+ years of experience in warehouse operations
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory software.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Nationality: Indian
Gender: Male candidates
Age: Between 35 and 45 years.
Experience in the perfumes or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
